Dan Lovell, DMD, MSD
As an orthodontist, I desire to treat all of my patients like my family. I would not do anything to my patients that I would not want for myself. While providing a fun orthodontic atmosphere, I want to treat my patients as individuals with specific needs and provide each of them with a unique, beautiful smile that will last a lifetime! I thoroughly enjoy developing relationships with our patients through some of the most formative and influential years of their life. I have been practicing for over 9 years, and it is a blessing to share in the joy that our patients bring into the practice while we help them achieve a healthy, beautiful smile that they can be proud to show others.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Greenville College and completed my dental training by receiving my Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine with Honors. My Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics were earned at Saint Louis University.
To keep up with the constantly changing technology involved in orthodontics, I participate in continuing education regularly. In addition, I am on the Saint Francis Medical Center’s General Practice Residency faculty and am a member of the Orthodontic Education and Research Foundation.
I live in Morton with my wife, Megan, and our three children, Hudson, Hadley and Hollis. Much of my free time is spent with my family and friends, and I also enjoy being active in my church and in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, coaching youth athletics, playing music, keeping fit, and rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals.
